About JDRO
| JDRO, a family of John Deere Retirees, is a new name with a new purpose, i.e., to provide a wider range of assistance and services to members of JDRO in the future. The Flex Retiree Organization (FRO), as it was earlier named, was formed to assist John Deere retirees in making critical health insurance decisions within the very short time frame that Deere & Company provided in their announcement. Later, when Deere & Company rejected FRO's offer work with them to help retirees in the transition, FRO employed a law firm and filed a law suit in an effort to protect the rights of the retirees. |
